FIELD: information collection, transmission of information flows including those on state of objects, communication equipment, telecommunication systems. SUBSTANCE: system provides for increased stability of communication, for expansion of communication networks, for widening of assortment of used means, for enhanced convenience of operation and for compatibility of digital and other communication channels. Proposed communication systems of monitoring and radar system include ground stations, aircraft, manned aircraft and communication satellites which carry transceiving equipment to secure bi-directional transmission of information flows. In this case cable carries wires for bi-directional transmission of messages between transceiving equipment on aircraft and ground station. System employs radio channels, wire channels, optical channels, infrared, multiplex and simplex channels.
