FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to diagnostic engineering, specifically to air monitoring using unmanned aircrafts, and can be used for regular remote control of local, regional and main oil and gas pipelines, storage facilities, high-voltage lines, high-security objects, national boundaries within mountain terrain and others extended objects. Complex contains remotely piloted aircraft including glider, engine unit, autopilot system with onboard system control unit, autopilot diagnostic aircraft operational control, onboard diagnostic system of extended objects. Besides complex contains fixed terrestrial aircraft control station, radio-telemetering bidirectional communication of aircraft and its fixed terrestrial control station including onboard and terrestrial equipment. Additionally complex includes at least one unit of radio-telemetering ground-based equipment mounted on extended object within low-altitude remotely piloted aircraft and connected to own information system of extended object.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and lower total cost of diagnostics and real-time diagnostic communications from any point of extended in its own information system.
