FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly forming equipment. SUBSTANCE: rigid shaping punch with profiled contour of working surface is rigidly secured to upper plate of apparatus. Movable rigid die with return mechanism and elastic flexible die are mounted on lower plate. Apparatus is provided with separator having guides that engage with elastic flexible die and may move to center of apparatus according to profile of punch working surface. Elastic holder of blank is driven by means of wedge mechanism with use of spring-loaded slides having unit for regulating effort necessary for holding. EFFECT: improved quality of articles, enlarged manufacturing possibilities and enhanced reliability of apparatus. 1 dwg
