FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has delta-shaped wing, cabin closed with top, propeller, engine, steering wheel and control wheel. Flying vehicle is provided with carriage, S-shaped guide, electrical amplifier to facilitated control by control wheel, unit for mounting wing above cabin and protective circular fairing for propeller. Carriage is rigidly connected with delta-shaped wing through pylons. S-shaped guide is mounted on cabin top by means of two half-axles; it is used for control of delta-shaped wing by motion of carriage in angle of attack and in bank by turning S-shaped guide. Four-seat cabin has two rows of seats located in pairs. Control wheel is area of front port seat. EFFECT: improved take-off and landing characteristics. 2 cl, 5 dwg
