FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to one-pot lacquer materials containing metal powders and is intended for manufacturing one- and multiplayer coatings: grounds, enamels for corrosion protection of steel structures, parts and equipment operated under severe atmospheric and elevated humidity conditions, industrial and power installations, chemical and petrochemical industry equipment, port facilities, ship building, and motor car construction. Composition based on organic solvent contains 13.0-26% of polyurethane varnish, 63.0-79% of fine zinc powder (prepared by vaporization of zinc in neutral gas atmosphere followed by condensation), and 1.7-1.9% of organosilicon liquids (polyphenylsiloxane and polymethylphenylsiloxane) as waterproofing agent for fine zinc powder. Composition can further contain rheological additive, namely microtalc for varnish-and-paint industry in amounts up to 0.5%.
