FIELD: anticorrosive materials. SUBSTANCE: invention describes anticorrosive composition containing zinc powder (size particle from 4 to 22 mcm) as an active component and base - binding agent consisting of ethyl silicate, ethyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, ortho-phosphoric acid and water. Invention describes also method of binding agent preparing by the following schedule: polyvinyl butyral is dissolved in part of ethyl alcohol into the first capacity; ortho-phosphoric acid and water are mixed with remained amount of ethyl alcohol into the second capacity and then solution from the second capacity is poured into the first capacity at stirring and ethyl silicate is added. EFFECT: increased anticorrosive stability of cover (up to 2 000 h), improved technological properties of composition (working life of binding agent is prolonged to 12 months and that of freshly prepared composition - to 24 h). 3 cl, 6 tbl
