FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: processing of intermediate water-oil layer with high content of suspended particles consists in heating, treatment with demulsifying agent, acoustic coalescence in ultrasonic field, double-step centrifugation, and separation of solid and liquid phases. Solid phase after the second centrifugation step is added to emulsion layer stream before acoustic coalescence stage. EFFECT: reduced material consumption and oil hydrocarbons' loss. 1 dwg
