The heat carrier heats some organic substance in methane tank releasing combusting gas. The combusting gas is accumulated and stored in sealed reservoir. Water power is additionally converted into heat and heat carrier is heated. EFFECT: reduced power losses; lager quantity of power preserved. 1 dwg
