FIELD: apiculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has three columns mounted on base, at least two vessels fixed on columns by means of slides. Vessels are provided with perforated bottoms. Washers are located in vessels so as to rest upon bottom rims. Washers are provided with openings through which capron threads are passed from upper to lower washers. Honey flowing along threads through openings in washers is heated up to 40 C. Area of surface of honey flowing along threads is multiple increased. Moisture is intensively evaporated from this surface under the action of heated air supplied by fan and is discharged through openings in upper part of casing. Apparatus of such construction allows fermentation of honey obtained at beehives to be eliminated and honey keeping properties to be increased.
