SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to equipment for immobilising and subsequent evacuation of a heavily injured person from an accident site or some other place where a person has suffered serious mechanical injury. The set for immobilising and evacuating a person comprises a vacuum pumping activator, a set of straps and a mattress. The mattress has an air-tight flexible chamber, equipped with a socket piece, which has a shutoff valve and check valve, heat insulating granules, put into the air-tight flexible chamber, straps and fasteners. The chamber of the mattress and the set of straps are made from layers, welded together using high frequency current. The inner layer is made from polyvinylchloride. The outer layer is made from reinforced and duplicated vinyl leather or vinylpolyurathane. An extra tray made from vinyl leather is welded through its central part to the bottom part of the chamber of the mattress such that, reinforced nylon straps pass through the free end of the tray. The frame for shoulder fixing comprises an air-tight flexible chamber, equipped with a socket piece, which has a shutoff valve and a check valve, heat insulating granules, put inside the air-tight flexible chamber. The frame is rectangular shaped, has an opening for the head and is provided with two openings in the shoulder area, as well as a slit along the shoulder. The openings and the slit have fasteners.

EFFECT: functionality during operation due to selection and processing material of the device with high-frequency current, possibility of increasing wear resistance of the product as a whole, easier disinfection procedure; comprehensiveness of aid offered.
