FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: shoe laces retainer has casing with openings, with one opening being made through for passage of laces and other opening being made dead and adapted for receiving lace pressing button, compression spring located inside casing and having one end abutting against pressure member. Working part of pressure member is arranged in retainer casing. Retainer has platform arranged in front of lace receiving opening and designed for preventing retainer from overturning during lace tightening. Reverse side of casing lower part is made concave to provide for reliable adhering of retainer to tongue. Pressing button is made curved. When lace is inserted into casing, upper part of pressing button is disposed on casing surface to allow company logotype to be applied to casing and button surfaces. Retainer of such construction allows pressing member to be locked during lace tightening. Retainer may be removably attached to shoe body or it may be fixed to shoe tongue. EFFECT: simplified construction, convenient usage and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
