FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing local treatment of pathologic zone in the cases of violated bone tissue integrity before carrying out surgical intervention. After immobilizing fractured mandibular fragments, 3-5 ml of ozonized physiological salt solution is introduced under the mucous membrane of the transition fold along each line of fracture. The total amount of the solution is equal to 6-10 ml per procedure with ozone concentration in the solution being equal to 172-273 mcg/l each second day. The total number of injections is equal to five. EFFECT: prevented inflammatory complications. 1 tbl
