SUBSTANCE: invention proposes to administrate intravenously ozonized physiological solution in the ozone concentration 200-400 mcg/l to patients two days before onset of chemotherapy carrying out and 4-7 times in time of its carrying out, 3-4 h before intramuscular administration of chemopreparations. Invention proposes to carry out rectal insuflations with ozone-oxygen mixture in the ozone concentration 1500-1800 mcg/ml to patients with weakly developed venous system of upper limbs two days before onset of chemotherapy and 3-4 times in time of its carrying out, 3-4 h before intramuscular administration of chemopreparations. Method allows to enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy and to reduce frequency of complications caused by chemotherapy.
