SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of antibacterial preparation containing apramycin and eremomycin in the following ratio of components, mg/1 l of medium used for dilution and cryoconservation of animal semen: apramycin, 350; eremomycin, 350. Method ensures to decrease bacterial pollution of diluted semen, prolong time of its using and enhance fertilizability of dams due to elevated bactericidal activity of sanitating preparation.
