SUBSTANCE: engine is started and warmed up, preservative oil dehydrated and heated up to 80 to 90 C is fed to the engine cylinders with the aid of a unit for preservation treatment of engines or oil filling metering device. After that oil is pumped out from the fuel pump speed governor, and the latter is filled with preservative oil up to the dip stick mark. In addition the fine filter is filled up with conservative oil at disconnected suction line and high- pressure pipe-lines, as well as it is fed through the fuel charger to the plunger pairs and delivery valves, the engine is turned over by the starter and the fuel feed pedal is pressed.
