FIELD: war material; maintenance in storage. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has engine oil priming pump, electric wires, step-down transformer in metal case on outer panel of which control and measuring instruments, glow plug control pushbutton, heater electric motor control pushbutton, oil priming pump control pushbutton and engine fuel feed pump control pushbutton are mounted. All control pushbuttons and instruments are electrically coupled through connectors with tank electric wires. Control and measuring instruments are connected with water temperature and oil temperature transmitters, oil pressure transmitters in engine lubrication system and hydromechanical transmission, heater control panel, oil priming and fuel feed pumps. Invention facilitates preparation of tank for starting and provides starting of engine at their reliability and control over engine temperature conditions without using standard electrical system. EFFECT: facilitated starting of engine. 2 cl, 2 dwg
