FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of sizing of cellulose fibers by way of adding aqueous sizing dispersion containing chemically cellulose-reactive substance to pulp optionally containing filler, dewatering pulp on screen to form cellulose fiber sheet. Dispersion contains hydrophobically modified dispersing substance containing one or more anionic groups, whereas pulp has high cation demand: at least 50 mcequ per 1 l pulp filtrate. Invention also provides essentially anhydrous formulation containing chemically cellulose-reactive substance and hydrophobically modified dispersing substance and method for preparation thereof.
