FIELD: mining industry; applicable in recovery of reservoir properties of well formation zone, particularly, carbon-containing formation. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of concentrated aqueous solution of ammonium chloride to well; lowering of heat energy source into perforated zone of producing formation and heat treatment of producing formation in well zone. Source of heat energy is used in such form that its burning acts on well formation zone with its high-temperature combustion products to ensure chemical decomposition of ammonium chloride with formation of hydrochloric acid for treatment of well formation zone and ammonia for gas-dynamic treatment of said zone. EFFECT: increased formation permeability and ecological safety. 3 cl
