SUBSTANCE: method is performed by drying blood serum drops between two glass plates under controlled conditions followed by microscopy investigations in transmitted light. Hypersecretion of follitropin is diagnosed in the case of presence of fern-like crystals and hypersecretion of lutropin is diagnosed in the case of presence of wide-branched and plateau-branched dendrites in samples. Method provides to enhance reliability of control of hypersecretion of follitropin and lutropin and can be used for express-diagnosis of hypergonado-tropic hypogenitalism being both inherent and acquired form.
