FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: grain combine has header with cutterbar, pneumatic conveyors, vortex-type pneumatic thresher, separating pneumatic chamber and grain hopper. Cutterbar has rotors arranged in pairs on vertical shafts for rotation in opposite directions. Horizontal self-sharpening knives are arranged in two tiers on rotors. Rotor vertical shafts are kinematically connected with combine mechanical drive and mounted on frame forward of suction nozzles of pneumatic suction conveyors which are communicated with vortex-type thresher. Threshed fibrous heap is directed via pneumatic delivery conveyor into pneumatic separation chamber and is further delivered into grain hopper. Wastes are spread over field or directed into chaff collector movable laterally of combine. Cutterbar for stalk part of yield is arranged below cutterbar for grain part of yield on frame and is supported by curved gauging skids. Grain combine of such construction provides for effective harvesting of cereal crops combined with threshing and separation operations.
