FIELD: concentration of ore-containing mass, separation (final concentration) of concentrate containing free particles of various mineral including nobble, are-earth, non- ferrous, ferrous and their aggregations with rock. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes forced vertical motion of minerals to be separated into reservoirs by means of vibrator at span no less than size of particles of the most dense mineral; motion of ore-containing mass is continued during period of time sufficient for settling of particle of mineral of lesser density on layer of particles of mineral of higher density; first, motion is effected at frequency of 5/0 to 10/0 HZ and then at frequency of 1.0 to 5.0 Hz. Plant used for realization of this method has detachable reservoir consisting of several self-contained reservoir; detachable reservoir is mounted on vibrator which is multi-mode from the standpoint of frequency of motion of reservoir in vertical plane. EFFECT: improved quality of concentrate; facilitated separation and low cost of process. 5 cl, 1 dwg
