FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle has walking propulsive device, air propeller, displacement body, drive and set of walking supports (skis). Walking supports (skis) are installed in pairs along device bottom part with 180 deg. shift in phase in pair and 60 deg. shift in phase between pairs of supports. Ends of walking supports (skis) are provided with articulated coupling with end parts of extensible connecting rods, thanks to it supports (skins) can reciprocate along elliptical curve. When air propeller is set into operation, vehicle turns into snowplane. EFFECT: improved cross-country capacity when negotiating swaps, shallow water areas, snow-covered terrains, etc, without injury of soil and plant cover. 4 tbl, 14 dwg
