SUBSTANCE: pored mortax mix comprises granular mineral or organic filling agent with bulk density of not greater than 1300 kg/cubic cm in amount of at least of 5-75 % of weight of mix, at least one poring additive in amount of at least of 0.01% of weight of mix, e. g. foaming additive or gas-forming additive, and also magnesial cement which includes component comprising active magnesium oxide, and salt component which is essentially one salt of strong acid an metal having valence from 2 to 4, ratios of said components being as follows, wherein A is weight of component containing active magnesium oxide, C is weight of salt component, n is number of constituent salts included in salt component, m_i is weight fraction of one of salts in component, M_i is molecular weight of said salt, K₁ is 100-1000, K₂ is weight fraction of active magnesium oxide in component containing said active magnesium oxide.
