FACE CONCRETE PLATE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering; facing of stone and wood buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: plate has external, internal, and butt-end surfaces forming projection in upper part of plate and depression for it equal to length of plate. Projection and respective depression are meant for fastening the plate. Transversal stepped through holes reinforced by steel spirals are provided on projection for locking members. Screws for fastening plate to wood items or combined rivets for fastening plate to metal section may be used as locking members. Inner diameters of spiral are equal to smaller diameters of sections of transversal stepped through holes. Spirals project beyond internal surface of plate on one end and their opposite ends abut against surfaces of passages between stepped holes of larger diameters and those of smaller diameter. Ends of spirals are embedded in plate body. In addition plate is provided with L- shaped metal members; one end of each member is embedded in plate and other one projects beyond lower part of plate for changing its position relative to plate to join vertical rows of plates together.
