FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: system of suspended facades comprises vertical guides, bearing and support brackets, extenders, cleats, skids, cassettes, thermal bridges, anchors, dowels and a sealant. Vertical guides are arranged with a T-shaped profile. Bearing and support brackets are made of various sizes, for instance, from 65 to 220 mm, in compliance with irregularities of a frame wall with differences of up to, for instance, 190 mm. The maximum distance between the brackets along the vertical line makes, for instance, 1.5 m. The brackets have both round and oblong holes. Each bracket may be both bearing and supporting. The bearing brackets are fixed in round holes, and support brackets are fixed in oblong holes. The vertical guides, T-shaped and of L-shaped profile, the brackets and extenders are made as stamped from, for instance, aluminium, with corrugate working surfaces, and radii R of crests and troughs of waves make, for instance, 2 mm. Method to assemble facades with the help of this system, providing for marking of facade, installation of leads with the help of geodesic instruments, a level and a plummet, under composite panels, consists in the fact that in the beginning holes are drilled for anchor dowels to fix bearing brackets in the quantity, for instance, of three brackets per a section with the height of a standard floor, which are fixed to the wall by means of anchors, a heat insulation material is installed in staggered order in the form of heat insulation panels with their fixation to the wall by means of plate dowels, and vertical guides of T-shaped section are installed and fixed on brackets with a thermal gap between them along the vertical line, then a pre-assembled skid is inserted with its fixation with clips, and an assembled cassette is suspended onto the skid into eyes or onto a surface hinge. In other versions of facades assembly method, a flat sheet is directly fixed with rivets onto a vertical section, or tiles of ceramic granite are installed and fixed by means of cleats.
