FIELD: apparatuses for heating and(or) cooling rooms such as residence and office rooms. SUBSTANCE: rooms are heated by means of tubes for passing heating agent or cooling fluid and placed in heat conductive layer, for example of hardened hydraulic binder connected with carrying plate of material with low heat conduction. In order to provide uniform distribution of temperature and lowered material consumption, profile of carrying plate at side turned to room has wavy cross section with dents and recesses passing one to another by small angle. In zone of recesses of carrying plate, tubes are placed in heat conductive layer with gap relative to edge and bottom of recess.
