FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of prefabricated buildings from polymer plates. The prefabricated house includes a base made of a pipe laid horizontally with fasteners made in the form of a rod directed upwards, and slabs sequentially placed on top of each other, forming rows, and docking with each other through the presence of tongue-and-groove systems and plastic brackets, reinforced with chemical anchors, while the first row of plates is mounted on the fasteners of the base, each plate is made of gas-filled material, and is made using laser cutting, forming melted edges, and covered with styrene-acrylic dispersion and crumbs of marble, quartz or dolomite fractions of 0.1-0.5 mm, and the assembled structure is reinforced on the outside with a carbon mesh with a mesh size of 1, 5 cm2, followed by the application of waterproofing plaster on the outside and inside, primer and two layers of polyurea on the outside.
EFFECT: reducing the construction time of the building, obtaining a durable and environmentally friendly structure, while the building is fireproof.
