SUBSTANCE: heat exchange element has flat tube with inner longitudinal passages formed by walls and baffles and provided with longitudinal fins; outer sides of walls are provided with transversal lug fins; inner surface of tube is provided with smoothly outlined grooves or turbulators in form of half-round chip with lug smoothly bent aside on its longitudinal fins; their depth and pitch are so selected that rise of friction resistance does not exceed rise of heat transfer by more than 1.5 times. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of intensification of heat exchange in passages due to organization of regular and optimal turbulence of boundary layer of flow. 2 cl, 5 dwg
