FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers. Invention consists in implementation of heat exchange surface for intensification of heat transfer at turbulent flow of heat carrier in form of periodically applied recesses, which are made of oval-trench shape, consisting of two halves of spherical recess with diameter b, connected by cylindrical insert with length l, turned at an angle ϕ to incident flow and with optimum geometric shape.
EFFECT: higher heat-hydraulic efficiency of heat exchange surface.
