FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting fascial fat flap on feeding vascular pedicle from anterior abdominal wall using retroperitoneoscope device. Both branches of external pudendal arteries coming to the flap from two sides are retained. Flap length corresponds the distance from glans penis to the line connecting external inguinal rings in erected state of the penis. Flap width is equal to erected penis circumference length measured near the coronary sulcus. EFFECT: improved visibility in wound depth; reduced traumatic injuries. 4 dwg
