FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of fish ways and is designed for continuous attraction of fish into fish conservation works and transferring fish from lower pond of water works into upper pond and back. Proposed liquid transportation plant is made in form of stepped or inclined channel (chute) provided with transverse vertical separating walls with rectangular fish pass holes in lower part over perimeter of which jet-forming nozzles are arranged at angle to axis of holes. Holes are provided with guard lips formed by shielding walls installed over perimeters of holes in parallel with jet distribution axes so that jet-forming nozzles are located inside. Liquid jets, thus formed, create summary ejecting flow head sufficient for transportation of liquid from first section of channel to second section located higher or sufficient for attraction and transportation of fish from lower pond of water works to upper pond and back.
