UNIVERSAL MOBILE RACKS FOR ACCUMULATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF WELL PIPES AND SUCKER RODS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particularly, devices for mechanization of round-trip operations in well completion, major repairs and servicing. SUBSTANCE: universal mobile racks have sledge runners, left and right racks, trough adjusted in height, spacers for under pipes. Tail part of sledge runners is provided with external and internal side members with wheel supports secured between them by means of fixing members. One of fixing member of each wheel support is made nondetachable and serves as axle of turn of support itself. There are rests for under working platform interconnected by universal sling. Additional extensible supports are made for their fixing in upper, middle and lower positions. Receiving trough in tail part has extensible lever hinged to axle of lever for hoisting of trough itself. Mechanism of measurement of left rack inclination angle has spring device. Lower end of spring device is rigidly connected with base side members by means of clamp. Upper end of spring device freely contacts lower surface of lateral tie-rod of left rack. Right rack may be completed with wideners of beams attached to turning beams by means of locking devices. EFFECT: simplified design, improved performance characteristics and extended functional potentialities of universal mobile racks for accumulation and distribution of well pipes and sucker rods. 6 cl, 3 dwg
