FIELD: mechanization of round-trip operations in well completion, servicing and major repairs. SUBSTANCE: the offered racks have right-hand and left-hand racks, base in form of front and rear sledge-skids, wheel supports, receiving trough adjustable in height and trailing device. Left-hand rack presents an equilibrium system which has mechanism for changing its inclination in form of shaft with rollers. Rollers are engageable with frames rigidly connected from below to right side of left-hand rack. Right-hand rack has turning supporting beams, frame part, tubular side couplers rigidly connect rack components. Racks may have hoist hinged to tail part of sledge-skids. Wheel pairs may be hinged to longitudinal axles-couplings and have tubular retainers. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
