FIELD: power engineering; piston internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine has cylinders arranged in circle around common middle drive shaft. Axes of cylinders are parallel to shaft. Each cylinder has two pistons installed for movement towards each other and from each other and operating in common intermediate working chamber. Each piston forms support by means of connecting rod and support rollers, and its control is effected by sinusoidal surface (sinusoidal curve) in cam control device. Pistons in each cylinder have different phases of stroke controlled by different cam guides. Cam guides are made with equivalent relatively differing sinusoidal surfaces (sinusoidal curves).
