FIELD: lubricants. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricating oils, in particular to oil-based antifriction metal-cladding lubricating compositions applicable in friction units of various machines and mechanisms ultrafine. Additive based on industrial or motor oil contains 3.0- 4.0 wt % ultrafine iron and ultrafine diamond. Ultrafine diamond powder has preferably the following physicochemical characteristics: aggregate size 0.005 mcm, specific surface 400-500 sq. m. /g, content of principal component (ultrafine diamond) at least 95.0%, and content of incombustible admixtures no higher than 1,5%. Iron powder is prepared using technique of electrical explosion of conductor within hydrogen medium and has the following characteristics: particle size 0.07 mcm and specific surface 20 sq. m/g the balance. EFFECT: increased war resistance of friction couples and decreased friction factor. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
