FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of lubricating compounds for various machinery. The proposed composition comprises the following components, in percent by weight, i.e. detonation synthesis nanodiamonds - 0.01 to 40, lubricating component - 60 to 99.99. The used detonation synthesis nanodiamods form free-dispersed systems that feature colloidal stability and zeta-potential from - 40 to - 85 mV. The lubricating element is represented by commercial oils or greases. Both fractionated and non-fractionated nanodiamonds are used.
EFFECT: higher colloidal stability of nanoparticles or their clusters that ensures higher operating properties of lubricants.
