FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particularly, development of hydrocarbon deposits, mainly, gas-condensate and oil-gas condensate deposits. SUBSTANCE: method includes withdrawal of gas from zone of high formation pressure, separation of withdrawn gas and injection of separated gas to zone of low formation pressure. According to the first version, selected in zone of high formation pressure is subzone of low pressure of condensation onset, and gas for separation is withdrawn from separated subzone. According to the second version, selected in zone of low formation pressure is well or wells with high water presence connected gas-dynamically with producing well of said zone. Separated gas is injected into selected well or wells. According to the third version, current formation pressure and pressure of onset of condensation in zone of low formation pressure are periodically checked, and current difference of checked pressures is optimized by regulation of flow rate of injected gas. Invention provides for increase of current recovery of condensate and final condensate recovery of deposit by use of local features of zonal structure of developed deposit. It also provides for increase of productivity, both, newly developed and operating producing and injection wells. EFFECT: simplified method and its higher efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
