FIELD: development of gas-condensate and oil-gas condensate fields. SUBSTANCE: method of recovery of hydrocarbons from fields of natural gas consists in gas recovery from row of wells with high formation pressure, partial separation of condensate from gas in gas-pressure separators by provision of separation conditions at minimum permissible pressure reduction (pressure of gas supply to injection wells) including spraying of hydrocarbon absorbent and gas heating before separator, and injection of gas into wells with low formation pressure without use of compressor. Separated hydrocarbon condensate is directed to gas processing plant. Application of described method at gas-condensate fields with constructed surface facilities makes it possible to increase current recovery of condensate without changing the existing system of gas treatment and in this way to perform leading recovery of reserves of hydrocarbon condensate. Separation gas injected into producing formations undergoes mixing with gas contained in producing formations and decreases pressure of beginning of precipitation of hydrocarbon condensate. In so doing, gas injection pressure is maintained at the level providing for advancing of injected gas over highly permeable formations with low formation pressure due to leading withdrawal of gas from them without hindering the gas inflow from more low-permeable formations containing the gas main reserves. This promotes more efficient mixing of injected gas with formation gas. reduction of pressure of beginning of precipitation of hydrocarbon condensate results in increase of final recovery rate of hydrocarbons and other components from field under development.
