FIELD: gas analysis. SUBSTANCE: spectrometer is designed to detect microimpurities of substances in gas atmosphere, specifically, in atmospheric air. Proposed device can be used in addition as detector in gas chromatography. Spectrometer of non-linearity of drift of ions has ionization chamber with inlet for gas to be analyzed and gas relief valve, separation chamber connected with inlet to ionization chamber via ion aperture and with outlet to ion recorder, gas cleaning device connected with inlet to gas relief conduit and with outlet to inlet of separation chamber as well as heating chamber and controllable gas relief unit. Heating chamber is mounted across inlet to ionization chamber and is linked with inlet to analyzed gas and outlet of gas cleaning device and with outlet to inlet of ionization chamber. It includes temperature meter, temperature control and humidity meter which is connected to controllable gas relief unit. Ionization source includes system of electrodes connected to voltage source. Separation chamber is formed by two electrodes connected to generator of periodic voltage asymmetric in polarity and to source of compensating voltage. Gas cleaning device has flow rate agitator, combination of flow rate control organizing gas flows and one filter as minimum.
