FIELD: milking equipment. SUBSTANCE: teat cup has shortened casing, head (sucker) with annular chamber adjoining to sucker and chamber defined between walls, variable vacuum branch pipe and channels, teat cup liner with wall thickness increasing from annular chamber adjoining to sucker to milk branch pipe. Chamber defined between walls has throttle opening communicated to atmosphere. Mentioned chambers are communicating one another through channels. Annular chamber outer wall is higher than inner wall. Throttle opening provides for reduced vacuum in chamber defined between walls as compared to annular chamber to provide for good contacting of teat cup liner with teats and reliable retaining of milk unit on animal's udder during milking process.
