FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making small incisions sized to 10 mm each in the area of fracture. Veres needle is introduced through one of incisions for preparing them with gas or liquid to make bare the fractured bone fragments on confined area. The needle is withdrawn. Trocar is introduced into the opening and tissues are separated from periosteum. The earlier created access places are used for introducing optical instruments, for instance arthroscopic ones, to carry out required actions aimed at reducing fractured bone fragments and setting fixing device.
