FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of levels of bound and free estradiol, testosterone and follicle-stimulating hormone. Tamoxifen is prescribed in therapeutic doses for two months in the case of increased estradiol and/or testosterone level by 10-20% and decrease of follicle-stimulating hormone level by 10% of normal values. The levels of the above indicated hormones are determined again and intake of tamoxifen is continued for 6 months in the case of normalization of indicated indices. In the case of retention of parent indices of estradiol, testosterone and follicle-stimulating hormone or their negative dynamics zoladex is prescribed for 6 months. The proposed method provides to decrease relapses by 40%. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of healing.
