FIELD: medicine, andrology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of proteolytic enzymes - chymotrypsin, trypsin, bromelain, papain and pancreatin at weight ratio = 1:3:5:6:10, orally, three times per a day, 30-40 min before eating at total daily dose 35-90 mg/kg for 2-3 weeks at follicular phase cycle of sexual female partner. Method ensures to decrease formation of antispermal antibodies and their binding with spermatozoa. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment of this pathology. 1 tbl, 1 ex
