FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying spatially homogeneous extremely low frequency electromagnetic field which frequency is set in the bandwidth from 121 to 50 Hz monotonously reducing it from session to session, its amplitude is set in the range from 3.0 to 2.0 mTesla units monotonously reducing it from session to session. Field is sent using trapezoid pattern composed of three segments of equal duration. Time duration in sending each of the three segments being anterior front, plateau and posterior front, is selected in the range from 5 to 15 s. Pauses between the trapezoids are set equal to the sum of the anterior front, plateau and posterior front. Session number is selected between 3-5 and 10-15.
