FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: before laserotherapy blood sample is taken off in patient and citrate is added to the sample. Then erythrocyte suspension is isolated and washed out erythrocyte suspension in physiological solution (at ratio 1:10) is irradiated by laser light at power 1-30 mWt at the dose 1.0 J/cm2. Then the preparation to be analyzed is added to a tube containing irradiated erythrocytes (4:100) and hypoosmomolar solution of sodium chloride. Only one preparation is added to each tube at concentrations corresponding its an average-therapeutic blood content, stirred for 5 min, centrifuged and optical density of supernatant is determined. The preparation exhibiting minimal values of an optical density as compared with control (irradiated erythrocytes without addition of preparations) is taken for treatment. For carrying out a single seance of laserotherapy the above described study is performed again with drugs but without irradiation of erythrocytes in a tube at the total dose of laserotherapy 0.3; 0.7; 1.0 J/kg. Method provides the individual selection of pharmacological therapy for patients. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 tbl, 4 ex
