FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: skate-type ski has upper surface and sliding surface with bottom surface and supporting surface arranged between internal side surface and bottom surface. Supporting surface has projection extending longitudinally of ski axis, with projection top being arranged at the level not below bottom surface. Part of supporting surface arranged rearward of projection in the vicinity of internal side surface is formed as concave segment of circle, with ratio of concave segment arc of circle to circle radius is 0.25 - 1.25. Another embodiment of preferably skate-type ski has supporting surface portion arranged rearwar of projection in the vicinity of internal side surface and formed concave with curvature variable in plane of ski section. Ratio of difference between the height of second projection over the height of first projection to first distance between projections along bottom surface is 0.25-1.0. Group of inventions provide for increased speed of movement due to reduced draft, decreased speed of movement during longitudinal sliding, including the cases when ski track is soft, as well as effective engagement of ski with ski track surface during thrust, when skier moves in skate-style, and reduced probability of ski separation from surface at final thrust stage.
