FIELD: medicine, sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment, namely to skis and is mainly used in sporting competitions. Binding contains load site for boot and fixer for fastening boot on ski. Toe part of ski load site is made in form of "dovetail", with which cuts of toe part of boot sole, also made in form of "dovetail", are conjugated. The remaining part of load site, which enters cut of the remaining part of boot sole, is made as projection in form of trapezoid prism with lower base more narrow than "dovetail" base and with rise towards heel part of site.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of value of torsion torque on skier's ankle and increase of speed of skier's movement by skating style.
