FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: packer has sub; upper rod with upper and lower radial projections; lower rod with recess and spring-loaded slips; split cone with inner radial recess; sealing member; stop and casing located above sealing member; cone, lower body with spring-loaded slips and strips located under sealing members; and fixing member. According to version 1, packer has differential rod rigidly connected with upper and lower rods and differential bushing rigidly connected with casing and stop of sealing member and freely installed on differential rod for fixing-catching of bushing with differential rod. Split cone is spring- loaded relative to differential bushing. According to version 2, distinguishing feature of packer is presence of differential rod connected with upper and lower rods, and differential bushing rigidly connected with casing and stop of sealing member, and freely installed on differential rod for fixing-catching the differential rod; presence of upper rod with one radial projection under which split cone is installed and spring-loaded relative to differential bushing. According to version 3, distinguishing feature in packer assembly containing two rods (lower and upper) rigidly interconnected with each other, is presence of upper rod with one radial projection under which split cone is installed and it is spring-loaded relative to sealing member stop.
