FIELD: control systems of guided artillery shells. SUBSTANCE: device includes case mounted in gimbal suspension, rotor with spring motor whose internal end has groove, pyrotechnic element, base installed in case, catch in the form of cylindrical bar with eccentric boss on its butt and bevel made in plane of boss on opposite side, springy member contacting catch and locating arm placed in case and kinematically coupled to pyrotechnic element. Gimbal suspension is put on base. Spring motor is wound on bush-shaped part of base located in internal space of rotor. Catch is mounted in base for longitudinal movement, cylindrical part of catch is positioned in uniaxial holes made in outer and inner frames of gimbal suspension. Boss is placed on outer surface of bush-shaped part of base and interacts with groove on end of spring motor and bevel is directed towards rotation of rotor. Butt of rotor has groove with which locating arm coming in the form of lever mounted on cylindrical axle located in case interacts. Groove with which stopper mounted in annular groove of bushing for axial movement interacts with pyrotechnic element is made in surface of lever in parallel to axis. Clearance between axle and wall of annular groove is larger than depth of groove.
