SUBSTANCE: system for transmission of discrete message has encoder, modulator, transmitter, receiver, demodulator, decoder. Encoder incorporates first pulse former, calculator of functions g2, pulse generator with repetition frequency f(k+1)/k, first doubler of pulse repetition frequency, first ring counter to k, first accumulating adder of elements of Abelian group, second key, ring counter to (2k+1), first AND gate, first on-line storage, first key, flip-flop, second online storage, first ring counter to (k+1). Decoder includes second pulse former, second accumulating adder of elements of Abelian group, pulse generator with repetition frequency fk/(k+1), second doubler of pulse repetition frequency, second ring counter to (k+1), third on-line storage, second AND gate, ring counter to [(2(k+1)+1] , identifier with single element of Abelian group, second flip-flop, fourth on-line storage, fourth key, second ring counter to k.
